Gabe Helms, CFP®, CPA/PFS™
Gabe provides tax-sensitive investment advice, retirement planning, and financial services to individuals, families, and strategic exit planning for closely held businesses. His interest in financial markets started at the age of 6, when he first began executing proxy statements for stocks that he received from his great grandfather.
Gabe started providing financial planning and investment management services in 2016 after a 20-plus year career in public accounting in Middle Tennessee. He is a licensed Tennessee Certified Public Accountant, and in 2017 he was awarded the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS™) credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Gabe earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2020.
He particularly enjoys providing clients with comprehensive financial plans to facilitate retirement or other goal planning. In addition, Gabe’s tax expertise and decades of experience working with closely held business owners provides him with a distinct skill set assisting business owners with strategic exit planning.
Outside of the office, Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their daughter. He enjoys visiting new restaurants, hiking, traveling, and reading.
